My foundation in financial planning stems from my upbringing. I was raised in a family of savers, a trait instilled in me from a young age. This valuable skill served me well throughout my education and into my adult life. Recognizing that not everyone possesses these financial skills, I felt compelled to help others develop them.
I often work with clients who are at a turning point, where making the appropriate financial decisions can significantly improve their situation. Guiding clients through these pivotal moments and witnessing the positive impact on their financial future is profoundly fulfilling.
One of my specialties is working with K-12 public educators. I have knowledge of State benefits, and I coordinate these with other savings and investment strategies.
Outside of my professional life, I am a wife to Larry and a mother to two almost-teenage daughters who swim competitively and share my competitive spirit. My childhood was spent on my grandparents' farm, and recently, we've brought a touch of that life to our home. Our family includes two dogs and five chickens, and we often hatch and raise chicks. It's a bustling household, but it's ours, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
